WTCQD INFO FOR SCHOOLS, GROUPS, TEACHERS, AND WTCQD EVENT ORGANIZERS:
CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS OF VIDEO OR FILM FOR A PROPOSED DOCUMENTARY FEATURING WORLD TAI CHI & QIGONG DAY:

If you have video or film footage OR extraordinary still photos of any past World Tai Chi & Qigong Day events that you would like to submit, your Submission may be included in an upcoming documentary.

1) Your video or film footage, or still photography (preferably scanned to 600 dpi resolution) must be transfered to DVD or CD for the Submission (and please specify the format used, for example, PAL, NTSC, MP3, JPEG, etc.)

2) Send no more than 5 minutes of your BEST work (can include tai chi / qigong exhibitions, and/or interviews with participants on the global phenomenon of WTCQD and what it means to them.) Optional -- you may include an additional two minutes of video or selected still photography of a local area natural or architectural feature that your location is known for, which may be integrated into the documentary to accompany your WTCQD event footage. The more care you take in selecting a part with the best lighting, framing, etc. the more likely your Submission may be used.

3) Print out, fill out and return with your Submission DVD/CD the Form at this link http://worldtaichiday.org/Documentary.html This Form includes the Consent of those appearing to use their image, likeness and/or voice; Permission to use the content of the submission, and Agreement that we may retain the data disk for use in this movie and/or other unlimited use for the promotion of World Tai Chi Day. Identify clearly who created the video/film Submission and what club or group is featured in it (if applicable).
